"ALDI, one of American's favorite grocery stores, will reopen its store in Lansing on Thursday, July 28," according to a press release from the company.
The grocery store chain is known for low prices as well as asking shoppers to bring their own reusable bags and rent a cart during each visit in an effort to cut back product costs.
The newly reopened store features "spacious aisles and checkouts, inviting colors, high ceilings and natural lighting."
The store, located at 6555 Pennsylvania Ave. in Lansing, will hold a ribbon-cutting and grand opening at 8:45 a.m. Thursday.
According to a press release, the first 100 shoppers will receive a gold tickets, containing various amounts of ALDI gift certificates. The giveaway will take place immediately following the ceremony.
