Albion has lifted a boil-water advisory that was issued Friday following a water-main break.
The break caused a loss of water pressure that could have allowed dangerous bacteria to get into the system.
The city says testing found no coliform bacteria and that the water is safe to drink.
The water-main break happened Friday on East Michigan Avenue.
The advisory was put into effect for the 100-200 blocks of Michigan, the 200-400 blocks of North Superior, all of Vine Street and the 300-400 blocks of North Clinton.
The water system was flushed and other precautions were taken before the advisory was lifted.
