LANSING, Mich. — More K-Mart and Sears stores are expected to close.
By mid-December or sooner, an additional 100 Sears and K-Mart locations will close their doors for good.
The announcement was made after their parent company already said 26 stores will close in late October.
Sears former CEO struck a deal earlier this year to keep Sears out of bankruptcy and continue operating about 400 locations.
There is no word yet on which stores will be closing, however liquidation sales are expected to begin later this month.
