The Eaton County Sheriff's Office says the driver injured in Friday morning's accident is in critical condition.
The accident happened on Hartel Road, south of Davis Highway in Benton Township around 3 a.m.
Investigators say 30-year-old Ian Cain of Charlotte lost control of his vehicle, causing it to roll. Cain was the only person involved in the accident. Hartel Road was closed in both directions for several hours during the investigation.

An early morning accident shut down Hartel road in Eaton County this morning for hours.
The Eaton County Sheriff's Office says Hartel road, or M-100, between Davis and Doane Highway was closed in both directions.
Deputies tell us a single car crash happened around 3:00 a.m.
The driver was rushed to the hospital with serious injuries.
The accident is under investigation.
