EATON CO., Mich. — An accident in Eaton County has left one man dead.
The Eaton County Sheriff's Office reports that around 2:30 p.m. on Thursday a motorcycle accident occurred on I-496 in Delta Township.
The incident only involved a motorcyclist.
The county sheriff says no other vehicles were involved.
While traffic was initially closed on westbound I-496 to eastbound I-96, traffic is now once again moving through the area.
The victim's name has not yet been released.
Authorities have also not yet given out any information regarding the cause of the incident.
They are still investigating the case.
