For the past several weeks, the Center City's has been working on a project on the street and sidewalk on Albert Avenue in downtown East Lansing.
This project is nearing its completion.
On Monday, July 2, 2018, Abbot Road will be closed between Grand River Avenue and Albert Avenue for road paving work.
The closure will start at 7 a.m. and last into the evening.
Those traveling southbound on Abbot Road will be able to turn west onto Albert Avenue during the road closure.
Albert Avenue will re-open on Tuesday, July 3 to allow westbound traffic to Abbot Road.
A new widened sidewalk on the north side of Albert for pedestrians will be open as well.
