EAST LANSING, Mich. — The city of East Lansing is closing down a portion of Abbot Rd. Monday as part of the city's Center City District Project.
Abbot road between Grand River and Albert will be closed.
One lane of Albert from Grove Street to Abbot is also closed.
Crews will be doing some underground utility work in those areas.
The work is expected to be done by Saturday night.
