The 14-year old girl shot in the head during a shooting rampage in Kalamazoo is now at home recovering from a surgery to replace part of her skull.
Abbie Kopf's family posted a photo of the teenager on social media after her surgery. She is sitting with one of her favorite nurses.
Abbie's parents wrote online the operation was a success, but the teen is in pain.
They say the surgery was needed to replace a portion of her skull lost in the shooting.
The girl was shot on February 20th in the parking lot of a Cracker Barrel Restaurant. Six people died that night. Abbie, and a 26 year old woman, Tiana Carruthers, are the sole survivors.
