911 call helps deputies catch B&E suspects

A woman helps police catch people breaking into her home, by hiding and calling 911.

Ingham County Sheriff's Officials say the 65-year-old woman was home alone when three people broke in. She heard glass breaking and ran to an upstairs bedroom and called 911. Deputies got there in time to catch three people inside the home.

Prosecutors have charged all of the suspects with 3rd Degree Home Invasion. They are identified as 27 year-old Travis Mazzali of Lansing, 23 year-old Charlotte Mazzali of Lansing, and 25 year-old Lindsey Konopka of Webberville.

Travis Mazzali is on parole for Home Invasion. Lindsey Konopka is on parole for Retail Fraud.

Sheriff's investigators say the trio broke into the home on Meridian Road Saturday, December 19th around 3:40 p.m. The woman who lived there was not hurt.

All three suspects are being held on bond in the Ingham County Jail. Travis Mazzali and Lindsay Konopka have a bond of $75,000 and Charlotte Mazzali's bond is $25,000.
