Four people - two young girls and two adult males - were rescued from the Kalamazoo River Saturday night.
A member of their group called 911 when they flipped over in the water, and with the help of GPS triangulation and squad car lights, officials were able to locate the missing individuals.
The four that were rescued refused medical treatment and did not appear injured in the rescue.
It is unclear if they were wearing life jackets.
