Lansing police have 3 suspects in custody in the death of a man found in Sycamore Creek Thursday night. The department says there are no other suspects and there is no threat to the public.
The State Police Fugitive Team passed on a tip to Lansing police Thursday afternoon.
A dive team was sent to Scott Woods Park east of Pennsylvania Avenue. The body of a 53-year-old man was found around 10 p.m. Police say his name will be released "in the near future."
The case is being treated as a homicide and the investigation is still going on.

Lansing police say they've found a body in Sycamore Creek. That's near the 2700 block of Pennsylvania near the McLaren Orthopedic Hospital.
Police have been investigating since the call came in for a suspicious death around 4:00 p.m. Thursday afternoon.
