LANSING, Mich. — A 2020 presidential candidate is calling out Michigan's Line 5 oil pipeline.

Washington Governor Jay Inslee says the pipeline should be de-commissioned and a proposed oil tunnel should not be built.

Inslee is the only candidate focusing the majority of his campaign on the environment.

Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel recently announced she's taking legal action against the pipeline.

Pipeline owner Enbridge hopes to make a deal with the state before a lawsuit goes further.
