The Lansing Police Department is investigating an accident that sent a motorcyclist and bicyclist to the hospital Tuesday.
The crash happened at the intersection of Cedar and Holmes around 10 p.m., police said.
A 26-year-old man riding the bicycle was taken to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries. A 28-year-old man riding the motorcycle was hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries.
The crash closed the intersection for a couple of hours while investigators worked at the scene but the intersection is back open.
It's not clear if the men were wearing helmets, police said.
The cause of the crash is under investigation but police say they believe alcohol was not a factor in the accident.
