Eaton County Sheriff's Office is looking into an accident that took the life of a 19 year old from Potterville.
Monday night around 9:26 p.m. the deputies responded to the scene of a single car crash near E. Five Point Highway and Brookfield Road in Eaton Township.
When they arrived, they could see that someone had been ejected from the vehicle. That victim was 19 year old Thomas Waligorski from Potterville - he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Another person was in the car and was transported to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
traffic was diverted for several hours at the crash site while police investigated the crash. That investigation is still ongoing.
