JACKSON COUNTY, Mich. — The Jackson County Sheriff's office said a motorcycle crash left one person dead and another with serious injuries Saturday night.
Police say the crash happened just before 8 p.m. Saturday on the 9900 block of Pulaski Road, just north of the Pulaski mall.
The sheriff's office said a man and woman were riding on a motorcycle when they lost control and were thrown off.
The man died at the scene.
The woman was airlifted to the hospital.
A family member said the woman is in critical condition.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
Deputies said they weren't wearing helmets.
