Detroit Lions legend Barry Sanders took to Twitter Monday to threaten legal action against Eastern Market Brewing Co.
The Detroit-base brewing company released a new beer recently and named it "Same Old Lager," with the tag-line: "Don't set your expectations too high.
The beer shows a a Lions player with the jersey number 20, which was the number the running back wore during his time with the team.
Sanders said on Twitter that he did not give the company permission to use his image, and that his legal team was working to get things shut down "ASAP."
