Sometimes you just need a change, right?
Well, if you're hunting for a new job, LinkedIn can now secretly alert recruiters thanks to a neat new feature.
It's called Open Candidates. If you have a LinkedIn account, you can switch on a button to let recruiters know that you're on the move.
The best part? Your employer will have no idea.
The feature is found in the preferences tab of your LinkedIn profile in the jobs section. Simply toggle the button on, fill out some information about the positions you'd be interested in and boom, let LinkedIn work its magic.
Your profile will then be more easily found by hundreds of thousands of recruiters who currently use LinkedIn, according to the company.
If you're going to turn on the feature, LinkedIn recommends making sure your profile is updated.
