LEGOLAND Discovery Center Michigan has released photos of several Detroit landmarks that will be part of the facility's MINILAND display including the Spirit of Detroit and the Fox Theatre.
MINILAND will be a miniature LEGO brick landscape of notable buildings and areas around the Motor City.
The discovery center, which features millions of LEGO bricks and themed exhibits, is scheduled to open its doors to the public on March 25 at Great Lakes Crossing Outlets in Auburn Hills.
“We are looking forward to opening our doors to children and families who are looking to experience a world of color, creativity and imagination,” said Hayley Anderson, general manager for LEGOLAND Discovery Center Michigan, in a press release. “LEGO has a long history of encouraging learning through play, and we believe that our attraction will soon be an integral part of the fabric of the Southeast Michigan community.”
Tickets are now on sale--and they must be purchased in advance of your visit.
