A Michigan county has found quite an interesting way to get drivers to slow down.

In a Facebook posted shared Aug. 31, the Jackson County Department of Transportation said it would 'put the potholes back' on newly paved roads if drivers did not slow down.

The DOT said "with new roads comes a new problem -- speeding." To help prevent speeding, the county's DOT will also install new radar feedback signs, that "will collect data on driver speeds."

Jackson County hopes they don't have to bring out their pothole-making machine and are just trying to keep their community safe.
