A new Motown documentary will be making its primetime debut this weekend.
"Hitsville: The Making of Motown" is about the story of how the legendary Motown Records was created, featuring interviews with many of the label's superstar artists and founder Berry Gordy.
To celebrate the release, the private premiere will take place at Emagine Royal Oak. More than 25 Motown alumni, including Annette Helton and Rosalind Holmes of Martha and the Vandellas are expected to be there.
The documentary airs on Showtime Saturday night at 9 p.m. Watch the trailer below:
