A Hazel Park man is facing child pornography charges after posing as a 14-year-old boy and communicating with a 10-year-old girl, according to an affidavit filed in federal court on Friday.
Tony Burger is charged with production of child pornography, online enticement of a minor and receipt of child pornography.
According to the affidavit, Burger used Skype and an called Musical.ly to pose as as a 14-year-old boy in Florida named "Tony."
While using the apps, he was talking with a 10-year-old girl, and requested photos of the girl naked, the affidavit states.
The FBI got involved in June when the girl's father contacted his local police department after finding explicit photos of his daughter on her phone.
They traced his IP address to Burger's home in Hazel Park and executed a search warrant on Thursday. Burger admitted that a phone in the home belonged to him, but denied requesting explicit photos from minors.
According to the affidavit, investigators also found other communications between Burger and possible minor girls that were similar to the ones he had with the 10-year-old girl.
