Rock and Roll Hall of Famers Daryl Hall & John Oates have announced a performance at Joe Louis Arena on May 17 as part of the Farewell Season at the Joe.
They will be joined by international, multi-platinum selling band Tears For Fears for the tour, which will feature a special acoustic performance by opener Allen Stone.
Tickets go on sale Friday, March 10 at 10 a.m. and can be purchased at all Ticketmaster locations, online at OlympiaEntertainment.com, The Fox Theatre and Joe Louis Arena box offices and service fee free at Hockeytown Authentics in Troy.
Prices range from $35 to $129.50 for tickets.
American Express cardholders can purchase tickets before the general public on Tuesday, March 7 at 10 a.m. until Thursday, March 9 at 10 p.m.
From the mid 70s until the mid 80s, Hall & Oates would have six No. 1 singles, including "Rich Girl," "Kiss on My List," "Private Eyes," "I can't Go For That (No Can Do)," "Maneater" and "Out of Touch."
In 2008, the duo was honored with the Icon Award during BMI's 56th annual Pop Awards and they were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2014.
