An Oregon-based non-profit is helping a young girl with a terminal illness have a magical Halloween.
For over two months, volunteers used insulation foam and other materials to transform the girl's wheelchair into a pink Minnie Mouse costume.
Riley has been through a lot in her young life, and it's not just her who gets to have an extra memorable Halloween.
One of her friends also had their wheelchair transformed.
