Gear up for possible Northern Lights this weekend, Michiganders.
According to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, a minor geomagetic storm watch is in effect now for Aug. 31 due to coronal hole associated solar wind speed increases through Labor Day weekend.
There's a chance for all of the state to be able to see the Northern Lights on Saturday.
