A local auto shop worker is behind bars after allegedly secretly videotaping women in the bathroom.

Investigators were alerted to a photo posted on Facebook. The video allegedly came from a tiny GoPro camera.

Livingston County prosecutors say former Auto One employee Joshua Porter was busted after illegally recording women without clothing.

He had allegedly installed a camera in the bathroom of the business on Grand River in Brighton.

A judge formally charged Porter today, for crimes that allegedly occurred earlier this year.

They say there were at least 2 victims.

The store owner and a defense attorney still haven't responded to our story.

Porter is locked up, and due back in court in a week.
