Here's how you can register to vote on Election Day in Michigan

The 2021 election season is upon us, and the Michigan primary is scheduled for Aug. 3 ahead of the general election on Nov. 2.

People can register to vote in Michigan in any manner, including online, up until July 19, 2020, for the August primary.

After July 19, you can register in person with your local clerk from July 20 through 8 p.m. on election day on Aug. 3.

The same goes for the November general election. You can register in any form, including online, through Oct. 18, 2020. Then, you can register in person from Oct. 19 through 8 p.m. on Nov. 2 (election day) at your local clerk's office.
