The Monroe County Sheriff's Office says an elderly man died Sunday morning after accidentally running himself over with his car.
According to Sheriff Dale Malone, deputies were called to the home of 85-year-old Milton Juers around 11:25 a.m.
According to Malone, Juers was going in reverse in his Dodge pick-up truck with the door open when he fell out of the truck.
The truck then kept going, hit him before stopping against a utility police.
Right now, deputies continue to investigate the crash.
