A couple living on Sanilac St. on Detroit's east side was found in a vehicle after overdosing on an unknown drug.
Neighbors called 911 and paramedics were able to use the drug Narcan to save their lives. But, the couple took off before police arrived.
Detroit Police are now looking into possible drug dealing in the area. The community is also continuing to speak about the danger to nearby families and kids, saying the drug abuse problem is spinning out of control.
