The Detroit City Council has scrapped a planned stunt at the upcoming Autorama show.
The high-flying jump was rejected because the vehicle has a Confederate flag on it.
In 2017, Autorama had a publicized jump with the General Lee, the car in the "Dukes of Hazzard" TV series that features a Confederate flag on its roof.
Council members say they were promised the flag would not be shown on the car back then, but it was.
This year's stunt jump would have involved a replica of the Trans Am used in the "Smokey and the Bandit" movies.
The car features a Confederate flag on the front license plate.
