Detroit boutique releases 'Supreme C***' t-shirt donning Kavanaugh's face

A Detroit clothing and print boutique recently launched a bold, new t-shirt with quite a strong message.

Well Done Goods' new merchandise has an image of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh's face printed beneath the words 'Supreme C***.'

Last month, three women accused Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct. He denied the allegations.

In a social media post Sunday, the brand said "half of all proceeds of both versions go to Alternatives for Girls, a Detroit organization working with at-risk young women."

The organization's mission is to:

...help homeless and high-risk girls and young women avoid violence, teen pregnancy and exploitation, and help them to explore and access the support, resources and opportunities necessary to be safe, to grow strong and to make positive choices in their lives.

Anticipating backlash for the use of the c-word, the female designer posted this statement beneath the item on her website:

As a woman designer, I enjoy reclaiming the word for our own use, but recognize there are issues with using the word "cunt" as a pejorative, and frankly, as we've heard, he's not a cunt because he lacks depth and warmth. Looking for the non-c-word version?  See here!

The shop is selling a crew neck version for men and a v-neck style for women.

There is also a clean version of the t-shirt that simply says "Not Supreme." Find it here
