Backyard sheds have graduated from storing old tools, to glamorous spaces and they're popping up all over the world. Kristina Guerrero met up interior designer Kalen Mehlman to get some simple tips to create a fabulous She Shed out of a TuffShed for under $500.
1. Blankets and Pillows
You probably don't even have to buy any of these because most of us have extra pillows and blankets in our closets. This will add a welcoming vibe.
2. Chandeliers and LED Candles
You can find a chandelier online for around $25 each. They're easy to hang and great eye-candy when you walk in. You can make all the lighting battery powered for cheap.
3. Bar Cart
Every She Shed needs a bar cart. We did ours with gold to bring some extra character to your fab shed. Stock the bar with booze you already have at home and you'll have the perfect hangout spot for under $500.
