Schoolcraft College is offering $50,000 in scholarships for "distance learning" during these "uncertain times."

The scholarships are for Spring 2020 and Summer 2020. Registration for spring classes opens on March 28.

“Thanks to the generosity of our donors, the Schoolcraft College Foundation is able to offer students an outstanding opportunity to make progress on their educational goals during this time of crisis,” said Schoolcraft College Vice President Dr. Cheryl M. Hagen in a press release. “We’ve been able to transition nearly all of our traditional, lecture-type classes to a distance-learning format with excellent levels of support for students who may be new to online learning.”

The scholarships are aimed to help a variety of students, including current students, returning adults, high school seniors, college students seeking transferable courses and more.
