LANSING, Mich. — Michigan reported 780 new cases of COVID-19 and 7 new deaths, according to the latest numbers from the state's Department of Health and Human Services.
The new numbers bring the total number of COVID-19 cases to 126,358 and the total number of deaths from the virus to 6,788.
The state conducted more than 35,000 tests on Sept. 30.
