LANSING (WXYZ) — Michigan reported 1,379 new cases of COVID-19 on Friday and 19 additional deaths.
That brings the total number of cases to 566,630 and the total number of deaths from the virus to 14,797.
The state also lists a total 52,869 probable cases of COVID-19 and 952 probable deaths that are likely related to the virus.
There are currently 481,801 total recovered COVID-19 cases in the state.
Restaurants were allowed to open to in-person dining at 25% capacity on Monday after being closed since mid-November.
