There are now 112,612 confirmed cases of COVID-19 and 6,601 total deaths in Michigan, the state reported Monday.
That's an increase of 1,088 cases and 10 deaths over the past two days.
Over the two days, the average number of new confirmed cases is 544 per day, MDHHS said.
Starting Monday, information about COVID-19 outbreaks in schools will be posted to the state's website.
The school information that will be reported includes K-12, college and university school name, address, number of cases, and if the cases involved staff, students, or both. View the information here.
