Michigan now has 67,237 confirmed cases of COVID-19 and 6,015 total deaths.

That's up 610 cases, the highest daily increase since May.

The state also has 7,273 probable cases, according to numbers released Wednesday.

Gov. Gretchen Whitmer has said the state could "dial back" reopening if the number of COVID-19 cases continues to go up in the state.

Whitmer said the state is going to continue to monitor numbers, as they have seen an uptick in cases over the past few weeks.
