Many schools and even some daycares are temporarily closed, leaving children across the United States at home amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

And with grocery store shelves cleared and supplies possibly getting low, Burger King is stepping up to serve in this time of need.

The fast food chain says it is offering two free kids meals with any purchase via the BK app for takeout and/or drive-thru nationwide at participating U.S. restaurants will supplies last.
