Consider this a warning to all motorists when driving under the influence.

The Bath Township Police Department posted a reminder to motorists, even those driving tractors, that they, too, can be ticketed for driving while drunk – just like the person who had their tractor towed away by Bath Township police.

"Believe it or not you CAN get a DUI on a tractor," the post read.

Police in Bath, Michigan caught a tractor driver riding "all over the road" and even in the oncoming traffic lane. When the driver was pulled over, police say he or she had over a .20 blood alcohol level. The legal limit is .08.

Bath police provided an additional tip to the public saying, "Next time you go on a beer run, maybe just get a ride or better yet, walk."

And the hashtags – #OhDeere, #OnlyInBathTwp and #GotYourRideTowed added that extra bit of comedy to the funny, yet serious Facebook post.
