From dive bars to five stars, there are social ques and etiquette dos that come with consuming alcoholic beverages in public, and when it comes to who's paying you better mind those drinking manners. Kristina Guerrero met up with Mister Manners, Thomas P. Farley, to get three important tips when getting tipsy.
1. Drinking with Your Boss
Make sure the boundaries are set from the beginning. Try matching drinks, but don't go for the more expensive alcohol.
2. Meeting Future In-Laws
We all know that the inhibitions will loosen up as the drinks flow. Make sure you keep your emotions in check. Let them be the stars and drink.
3. Last Call on First Date
The woman should at least do the fake grab for the check, but the man should always offer to pay.
