An Amber Alert has just been issued for 4-year-old Savannah Walker from Detroit.
She's described as a white girl with blue eyes and blonde hair.
Michigan State Police believe she's with a 33-year-old man named Marcus Hightower. He's described as a black male, with brown eyes and black hair.
Police are looking for a 2004 black four-door Ford Explorer with the license plate DFJ5377.
