Statewide gas prices are up 7 cents compared to last week, AAA Michigan reports.
Michigan drivers are now paying an average price of $2.65 per gallon for regular unleaded. AAA Michigan notes that drivers are paying 12 cents less than this time last month and 13 cents less than this same time last year.
Motorists are paying an average of $40 for a full 15-gallon tank of gasoline.
The most expensive gas price averages were found in: Ann Arbor ($2.72), Jackson ($2.68), Grand Rapids ($2.67.) The least expensive gas price averages were found in Traverse City ($2.56), Flint ($2.63), Benton Harbor ($2.63.)
