AAA Michigan reports that compared to last week, the statewide average daily gas price has decreased.
Michigan's current daily statewide average is about $2.85 per gallon, about 8 cents less than last week's average and about 23 cents more than this time last year on Labor Day.
Average daily gas price has also decreased and is now about 2 cents less than last week's average.
The lowest average price can be found in the Flint area at about $2.75 per gallon and the highest average price is in the Ann Arbor area at about $2.93 per gallon.
