3 Ways to Light Up your Late Night Workout

Here's a great new way to do some nocturnal burning of calories, an LED Hula Hoop! The List’s Donna Ruko has ways to get your night sweats, in a good way, on the To Do List.

It’s a little pricy at $299.00 but if you’re serious about getting into this hobby it may be the right choice for you, because it’s rechargeable and each LED is programmable, giving you the ability to make your own wild design.
  3. TWISTER rave SKIP-IT – You may have had a Skip-It when you were a kiddo but this new version is on a whole new level. With 4 colors and 20 light patterns that change depending on how many successful skips you’ve done, it’ll keep you and your kids busy for a long time. Get one from Hasbro for $19.99.
