Revenge porn is the term used when a jilted lover posts or threatens to post secret pictures or videos from happier times in the relationship as a way to get even after a breakup.

The most recent case last week in Oakland County will cost Schuyler Bates, 22, $100,000, even though he only threatened to post secret pictures against his 21-year-old former girlfriend.

Attorney Kyle Bristow was the attorney for her and has literally written the book on how to get any revenge porn that has been posted taken down.

He also has a new case that could make new case-law against a medical practitioner who has filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. This could be the first adversarial case where a person tries to shield their assets against a judgment against them in a revenge porn case.
