If you've got some last-minute toy shopping to do before the holiday, then you're in luck.

All you'll need is a credit card or cash and a passport.

Although stores across Michigan closed, Toys 'R' Us in Windsor, Canada never left. The company reported a boost in sales since its U.S. based operations shut down.

According to an official with the company, hundreds of Americans a week are crossing the border to shop in Windsor.

The American dollar stretches pretty far over there; one U.S. dollar is equal to $1.30 Canadian. The exchange rate knocks off roughly 20 percent on toys.
