Police sounding alarm about Common Ground ticket scam

With Lansing's Common Ground Musical Festival just days away, the Lansing Police Department is sounding the alarm about a ticket scam.

Police say there's been a recent string of purchases made with stolen credit cards from people who bough tickets on the secondary market.

The Lansing Police Department is urging people only to buy tickets at the official Common Ground website.

If you already bought tickets from somewhere else and want to find out if they're real, call the festival office and give them the order number on your ticket.

The Common Ground Music Festival starts Thursday.
