Dreading the cost of back-to-school shopping? Save yourself a couple of bucks by getting your child a free back-to-school haircut at Clips for Kids!
Clips for Kids is a free haircutting event sponsored by Dorsey School of Beauty. Students at the school will be giving free haircuts to kids 12 and under on Friday, August 26 from 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
Clips for Kids haircuts must be scheduled by appointment. Campuses offering Clips for Kids include Taylor, Roseville, Lansing and Madison Heights.
The Dorsey school campuses want to stay connected to the community as well as provide a showcasing experience for their students.
"The Clips for Kids event is in keeping with our mission here at Dorsey Schools to not only provide quality career training to our students but to also be a strong community partner, as we have been throughout our 80+ years here in Michigan," said John Barnes, President and CEO, Dorsey Schools.
