Grocery stores are stocked with fancy and pricey waters to tempt your taste buds, but taking a holistic approach might be a better way for you to stay hydrated. Infusing your water with nutrient packed herbs and fruit isn't just fancy and flavorful. They are going to help boost your immune system, support natural energy, and give you some fantastic anti-oxidants.
Donna Ruko and Registered Dietitian Gillian Barkyoumb have three health packed hydrators that go way beyond quenching your thirst.
1. Strawberry Basil Infusion
This strawberry basil infusion is a perfect drink to have after the gym due to its great anti-inflammatory properties. Just add a little strawberry and basil to each cube of the ice tray. What's great about this is as the ice melts, it's going to infuse more flavors into the water.
2. Sparkling Berry Infusion
The sparkling berry infusion is going to give you that natural energy, and it's going to provide anti-oxidants. Just mix some frozen blueberries, raspberries, and sparkling water. A healthy and simple way to stay hydrated.
3. Rosemary Orange Infusion
Just add orange slices, fresh rosemary and water into a glass. The orange makes it super sweet and the rosemary helps improve memory and stimulates blood flow.

With any of these infusions, it's best to do it at room temperature; and it will take about 1-2 hours.
