The Delta Township Parks, Recreation and Cemeteries Department will hold a Grand Opening Ceremony for the newly installed outdoor exercise zone in Sharp Park. The exercise zone, which is located near the East-West Connector Pathway, has five pieces of outdoor fitness equipment and is available to anyone 14-years-of-age or older. The Grand Opening will include remarks from Township Supervisor Kenneth R. Fletcher, Parks Commission Chairperson Daren Bebee, as well as John Goergen, a member of the Delta Township Senior Council. Members of the community are invited to celebrate the installation of this new park amenity and to recognize the efforts made by those that helped to make this project a reality.
