Just one day after finishing his High School career, Holt baseball pitcher Jesse Heikkinen received quite a nice moment as the Detroit Tigers selected the Michigan State University signee in the 36th round of the MLB Draft.
Heikkinen has decided to put his professional career on hold at the moment by honoring his commitment to MSU, where he confirmed his decision to attend on Twitter late Wednesday evening.
He had a school record 90 strikeouts this past season.
